Constitution of the Australia Reimagined Party
Preamble
We, the founding members of the Australia Reimagined Party, establish this constitution to define our purpose, principles, and governance. Our mission is to challenge the status quo and reimagine an Australia that works for all—an Australia built on fairness, accountability, and opportunity. We commit to serving the working class, rebuilding trust in leadership, and delivering real solutions for the challenges facing our nation.
Name
The name of the organization shall be the Australia Reimagined Party (hereafter referred to as “the Party”).

Accountability Restore trust in government by promoting transparency, integrity, and ethical leadership.

Membership
- To be eligible for membership, an individual must:
- Support the Party’s principles and objectives.
- Have no significant financial or lobbying ties to corporations or industries that conflict with the Party’s values (e.g., gambling, mining conglomerates, private utilities).
- Commit to capping their parliamentary earnings at $100,000 annually if elected, reflecting the Party’s commitment to the working class.
- Demonstrate a history of working-class engagement, community service, or grassroots advocacy.
- Have no history of corruption, unethical behavior, or policies that conflict with the Party’s mission.
- Not hold or have held a prominent leadership role in the Labor or Liberal parties or enacted policies favoring corporate interests.
- Membership Application Process
- Applicants must complete an application form detailing their alignment with the Party’s principles, professional background, and community contributions.
- A vetting committee will review applications to ensure adherence to eligibility criteria.
- Approved applicants will undergo a probationary period during which their commitment to the Party’s values will be assessed.

Decisions will be made democratically, with all members given the opportunity to provide input.
Major policy decisions require a majority vote from the Policy Committee and must align with the Party’s principles.
Members may propose policy changes or initiatives through structured submissions to the Policy Committee.
Removal of Members
Members who violate the Party’s Code of Conduct or Trust and Accountability Clause may be removed following an internal review.
The review process will include an opportunity for the member to present their case before a final decision is made.

Parliamentary salaries exceeding $100,000 for Party members must be donated to public causes or returned to the Party for community initiatives.
Full Financial Disclosure Clause Every dollar received or spent by the Party, excluding personal wealth, must be publicly disclosed within 30 days of the transaction. This includes the source of the funds, their intended use, and the individuals or organizations benefiting from the expenditure. No financial dealings of the Party shall be hidden from public scrutiny.

Once the Party reaches this milestone, term limits as outlined below will take full effect. Self-Policed Term Limits:
Members of the Party will serve no more than three terms in Parliament, ensuring fresh ideas and avoiding career politics.
A member who reaches this limit must step down and make way for new leadership.

Breach Consequences Clause
Any member found in breach of this Constitution, whether through unethical behavior, betrayal of the Party’s principles, or actions against the Australian people, will face immediate expulsion from the Party. This clause is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception to uphold the Party’s integrity.
Dissolution of the Party
The Party may be dissolved by a unanimous vote of the leadership team.
If the Party is ever found to betray its core principles—by prioritizing corporate interests, engaging in unethical practices, or becoming disconnected from the working class—it shall be dissolved immediately. This is a binding promise to the Australian people that the Party will remain true to its mission or cease to exist.
Upon dissolution, any remaining funds and assets must be donated to public causes that align with the Party’s mission.
